I am using Paint Shop Pro 12 Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental. I write my tut's using PSP 12.

You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.

Use your own settings for dropshadows.

If you resize and it seems blurry -

Go to Adjust - Sharpen

Let's Begin

Open frame 04

Copy and paste onto a new transparent background - 650 by 650

Adjust size of frame as needed.

Open your choice of paper.

Take your magic wand and click inside two opposite from each other's sqaures.

Open a new raster layer - under the frame.

Go to your materials and click the foregound box.

Find you paper as a pattern under the tab.

Go to the new raster layer and flood fill the seleted area.

Take your selection tool - rectangle and on your tube - drag out the rectangle on the part of the tube you want to be in the frame.

Copy and paste between the frame and paper fill.

Duplicate and mirror - moving it to the bottom one you filled.

Do the same thing for the other frames -

Pick a new paper and a new tube ( SAME ARTIST)

Apply dropshadow on the tubes..

Merge Visible.

Open a paper for the mask.

Have your mask open in the program.

Go to layers - new mask layer - from image.

Find your mask in the dropdown menu.

invert mask data unchecked.

Ok

Merge Group - by going to the layers on the right and right clicking.

Copy and paste on the bottom on the frame image.

Use your deform/mover tool to make smaller where it fits under the frame.

Open the tree- resize.

Copy and paste on the left top side of the frame.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open a flower -

copy and paste on the top right of the frame.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open your tube.

Copy and paste in the middle of the frame.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open the paper bird.

Resize the bird - apply dropshadow

Do the same for the mushroom - move the bird on top of the mushrooms.

Open the pinwheel - resize and paste behind the bird and mushroom.

Open the pumkins -

resize - copy and paste on the right side of the tube.

Apply your dropshadows.

Open your bow.

Resize -

copy and paste on the top of the right side of the frame.

Take the deco element and paste under the bow - as if it is holding it on.

Apply your dropshadow.

And you are done.
