I am using Paint Shop Pro 12 Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental. I write my tut's using PSP 12.

 

You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.

 

Use your own settings for dropshadows.

If you resize and it seems blurry -

Go to Adjust - Sharpen

::Let's Begin::


Open a new transparent image - 700 x 700


Open your choice of ribbon circle frames.

Copy and paste onto the new image.


Open a paper to use for the inside the frame.
Use your magic wand to select the inside the frame.

Go to selections - modify - expand by 5.

Open a new raster layer -


Go to your materials and click the foreground.

Find your paper under the pattern tab.

Flood fill the new raster layer -

Move this layer under the frame.

Deselect.


Open your tube -

Copy and paste on top of the frame.

Adjust size as needed.

Apply your dropshadow.


Open up your choice of fans.

Resize and paste one on the left side.

Duplicate - mirror

Adjust in front of the tube.

Apply your dropshadow.


Open up your choice of screen.

Resize

Copy and pate behind the frame and tube.

Apply dropshadow.


Open the bambo

Copy and paste this in front of the screen and behind the tube.

Adjust size

Apply your dropshadow.


Open your choice of flower spray.

Copy and paste this on top of the bambo layer.

Open the opposite color one and mirror.

Paste on the opposite side.

Apply your dropshadow.


And you are done.


You can arrange the elements as you like --
