I am using Paint Shop Pro 12 Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental. I write my tut's using PSP 12.

You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.

Use your own settings for dropshadows.

If you resize and it seems blurry -

Go to Adjust - Sharpen

Let's Begin

Open a new transparent image - 800 - 800

Open the rope frame.

Resize to 500.

Copy and paste into the new image.

Take your magic wand and select inside the frame.

Go to modify and expand by 5.

Open a paper of choice -

Go to your materials - foreground.

When the box pops up - find your paper under the pattern tab.

Open a new raster layer under the frame.

Take you paint tool and fill the new layer.

Duplicate your frame.

Open your choice of tube.

Copy and paste between the two frames.

Take your eraser tool and erase the top frame where you want the tube to stick out.

Move your tube towards the left side.

Apply your dropshadow.

Duplicate your tube.

Move her to the right side -

Turn down transparent

Use xero - radiance to give her a different look.

Open the cloud

Resize

Paste on the left side behind the tube.

Open you choice of glitter

Copy and paste under the tube on the paper.

Use your mover tool to adjust the giltter.

Once you are done with this part - you can merge the group.

Open the flower art.

Copy and paste on the top right side.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open your choice of string/leaves.

Flip - mirror.

Paste on the bottom left side.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open you choice of doodle beads -

You will paste this on the top left side - where it sticks out the top.

Open your choice of heart.

Resize

and paste on the bottom right side.

Apply dropshadow.

Open the teddy bear.

Resize him and paste him on the heart..

Apply dropshadow.

Open your choice of bow.

Paste on the side of the frame.

Duplicate and move the other one to the other sdie.

For the curved font -

You will use you circle tool -

Have the foreground click with a color.

Drag out a circle on the left side.

Open a new raster layer.

PIck your font and on the new raster layer type our the saying.

Use your mover tool to adjust where it's at.

Delete the vector circle.

Apply your dropshadow to your font.

Place correct copyrights..

and you are done.
