I am using Paint Shop Pro 12 Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental. I write my tut's using PSP 12.

You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.

Use your own settings for dropshadows.

If you resize and it seems blurry -

Go to Adjust - Sharpen

::Let's Begin::

Open a new transparent image.

I like to do mine big - 700 700

I always crop and resize later.

Open your choice of frame.

and Paper.

Copy and paste the frame in the new image.

Do the same for the paper.

Take your magic wand and select out side the frame.

Hit delete.

Open up the glitter - and paste inside the frame.

Open your tube and sit her on the bottom of the frame.

Apply dropshadow.

Open up the latter and bird house. sit it on the left side of the tube. My fairies wing is cut off - so I use that to hide it.

Apply your dropshadow.

Open the bird and cage.
Resize them where the bird fits in the cage.

Merge the two and paste under the birdhouse.

Apply dropshadow.

Open the flower with the light.

Resize and paste on the right side where the light shines on the fairy.

Open the lady bug - resize and paste on the left side near the flower.

Open your choice of flower and paste behind the frame ..move a little where you can see it.

Apply dropshadow.

Open the bracket and paste behind the frame. Move towards the left side.

And you are done.
