©Sticky Kisses Designs Tut was written by Natasha F. I am using Paint Shop Pro 12 Any similarities to other tutorials is purely coincidental. I write my tut's using PSP 12.
You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.
----------------------
:: Supplies:: Template is by Kittie's Sinful Temps Blog HERE Kit is a Collab by Soxsational & Krissy Purchase HERE for FREE --------------- Open the template. Hide the top watermark. Open Paper 2. Using your paint fill can - Go to your materials Click the foreground. Go to the rectangle layer. Flood fill this rectangle. Apply your dropahadows. Go to the strip layer. Pick paper 1. Flood fill the rectangles. Apply your drop shadows. Open your choice of button and a baseball. Resize to 75. Paste the button on every other dot on the border dots. Do the same with the baseballs. After you are finish pasting all the elements. Merge down your layers until it is one layer. Apply your dropshadows. For the star border - Select all - float - defloat - Open a new raster layer. Flood fill the new layer with the blue color. I used eye candy gradient glow for the outline. Apply your dropshadows. Open two different color button stars. No need to resize. Copy and paste this on top of the stars in the circle. Delete the template stars. Apply dropshadows. Open Paper 4. We are going to do this layer a little different - because if you flood fill the circle - you will have a pixel edge. Select all - float - defloat. Open a new raster layer. Flood fill this layer. Delete the template's circle. De-select. Apply dropshadows.
Do the same techinque as above. I used Eye Candy 4000 - Glass for a glass look. Apply your dropshadows. Open the baseball. Coy and paste the ball between the circle and the rectangle layer. Apply your dropshadow. Open your choice of button. Copy and paste this on top of the baseball layer. Apply your dropshadows.
Copy and paste this as the next layer up from the button. Apply your dropshadows. Open up the wordart. Place it on the right side of the template. Type out the covering all bases. And the 70th Year... Put a 3D bevel - default on it. Apply another gradient glow of white on the words. Font used Lydian BT & Krazy Kracks I gave KiKeKa's Blog a credit because all elements came from her kit. And that is it..
