You need basic knowledge on how to use a PSP program.

::LET'S BEGIN::

Open paper 10

.

Take your crop tool and crop the top right side of the paer.

Use the lines as a guide line.

Crop.

Take the paper and paste into a new transparent image.

Apply your dropshadow.

OPen Paper 7

Crop a vertical strip off the paper.

Copy and paste this rectangle under the other paper.

Dupliate and move the other side of the paper.

Apply your dropshadows.

Open Peach Blossom

Resize.

Mirror

Copy and paste the flower behind the Middle Rectangle.

Have it stick out the right side.

Apply your dropshadows.

Open the coin.

Resize to 200

Copy and paste the coin under the middle rectangle

and on the left side.

Apply your dropshadows.

Open up the pallivon

Resize to 400.

Copy and paste it on the left side of the tag.

Apply your drophshadow.

Open the fan.

Resize and paste next to the pallivon.

Open your tube -- copy and paste her on the other side of the pallivon and on top of the fan.

Apply your dropshadow.

Use Plugin - xero -  radiance for the glow on the tube.

Make sure to put the proper credits for the art.
